Note: This is just another rant regarding the service of Sun Broadband Wireless. Heavy and dark emotions are present on this blog post. This is my second rant about sun wireless broadband by the way.
It was the first week of February when I decided to buy myself a Sun Broadband Wireless for my studies and to continue my blogging career as well (I was connecting to free wi-fi signals to my neighbors before). I purchased their Sun Broadband Wireless Plan 799. It means I have to pay 799 pesos a month for unlimited internet connection for the whole month. Their service was quite okay for their first 5 months but now, it sucks!
I can't even load up my facebook page. Even the simple browsing on search engines is taking me so long so I am having a hard time doing my research. When it comes to earning money online, it was sooooo effing slow! I am now consuming 1 hour clicking 5o blogs for my earnings in adgitize. Some of the blogs are not properly loaded some doesn't even bother to show up. How was that? Yet, I am still paying the same amount which is 799 pesos!
Now that my mom is planning to have her online store and buying a DSL for fast and consistent internet connection, I can't wait to throw this sun broadband wireless kit or I will crash it! I will post some pictures if possible!
If you are planning to buy the said product. I am telling you to back off! Its not worth it! The connection su*ks, so do the network!

for me medyo okay naman ang sun,1 year na ako sa plan 799. siguro kasi di naman ako heavy surfer at browser at wala akong masyadong pinag-gagagawa kundi mag online games.
ReplyDeleteit sucks lang minsan na masagwa ang pag load ng facebook.... di maayos ang user interface.
@KHANTOTANTRA I am not a heavy internet user. I only visit facebook. blogger, twitter, and google sometimes. I only open 2 tabs at a time. For me they suck!
ReplyDeleteButi na lang talaga at hindi ako nakaplan! I bought the modem one month ago and effing slow ng connection! Dapat talaga isumbong ang Sun sa DTI o kung ano mang agency ang naghahandle ng mga ganito. Ayan, napa rant din tuloy ako, hehe, nakakainis kasi e.

ReplyDeletepareho tayo ng connection last month lang ako nag avail at wala akong problema at this time. Ok ang connection mabilis siguro kasi malakas talaga signal sa place namin kalapit lang kasi namn yon tower nila. Pero sana magtuloy tuloy kasi sobra happy ako sa sun ngayon =)
ReplyDelete@WORKINGATHOME Buti ka pa malapit sa tower nila. Ewan ko ba sa sun. I thought nationwide na signal nila pero bakit ganun ang connection sken? Andito naman ako sa Metro Manila.

ReplyDeleteAy nako, I couldn't agree more with what you've written here. I can't upload my podcasts (which averages 20mb-40mb in size)now... because of the slowness! And they're not even giving our money back for this.... hmmpp
ReplyDeletei agree with you guys! grabe, sa kanila lang ako naka experience ng speed na 0.02Mbps, grabe! kahit wala kang ginagawa, ang ping ay umaabot nang 3000+ms... tapos ang customer service nila walang manners, sila ang unang bumababa nang phone, asan ka nyan makaka encounter kundi sa SUN lang! i'm very very very disappointed! hope they can read this! i keep on calling sa customer care nila, wala, di ata sila marunong mag troubleshoot!
