2014 Resolutions

I know it's a little bit early to post my 2014 resolutions but I am seeing a lot of bloggers publishing their posts already so why not? I love reading resolutions as they inspire me to do more this 2014. But first of all, let's take a look on my resolutions on the previous years. 2010 and 2011 resolutions. And I was too busy in 2012 that is why I was not able to make one. Well, its really fun re-reading those posts as they turn back time for me.

Looking for Blogshops for Guys (Clothing and Accessories)

The title and the photo above tell it all! To make it long, yes I am looking for blogshops or online stores for guys. I am sick and tired of buying clothes at the mall because they all look the same and everyone have access to those stores so more probably, there is a chance of wearing the same dress in a party and that is ridiculous!

So I decided to try my luck in buying clothes in online stores. I know it is kind of tricky because unlike buying clothes at the mall, you cannot fit it so you cannot determine if it is okay for you or not. I tried it once before, I bought a dress for my mom (her choice) but it ended up too big for her so we also paid for the tailor to alter the fitting of the dress.

Life Lately

I love my blue hair, femke, airport, taxi mirror

Life lately for me was very sad. This week, there are lots of things happened in the family that will definitely affect everything.

The second pic above is Femke's last pic on my mobile phone. It was taken while we were looking for a cab going to NAIA terminal 1 last Wednesday, 18th of December. My mom and Femke will be going to Belgium for indefinite period of time. It could be 6 months, 1 year or god know when! My mom is very frugal and she will go home if there is more than enough money to spend while they are here in the Philippines.

It's only been 2 days since they flew to Belgium and I think I can't take it. The silence in my room that was used to be like a forest with Femke's laughter and giggles... now it is so silent that I need to turn on my TV even though I am not watching, I just want to hear something or else, I might go nuts!

Third photo is a view from NAIA terminal, I hate going to airports because I hate to see people saying goodbyes, hugging their loved ones before they go abroad, seeing children crying hoping to stop their parents to enter the gate, such a stressful place to be.

Fourth photo is our cab's side mirror with a quote saying "Objects in mirror are closer than they appear". I then recalled the horror film mirror. Nah, random shit while on the way home.

First photo is of course my selca. I love my blue hair now! Everyone is saying that it is much better compared to my white hair and they are suggesting different colors that will suit my personality. Such a head- turner and I love it!

P/S. Sorry for the emo post, I am just really sad. It's like I don't want to work anymore coz all I want to do is to go to Belgium as well. Can someone give me 100,000 pesos now? hihi

We Own the Night

Today, I am going to feature what I wore during our department's Christmas Party that was held at TGI Fridays. I love attending our dept's party because it's like the only time where I see my office mates loosen up from work and wear fancy clothes.

The theme of the party was Teen Choice Awards so it's a casual teen wear ~ not something that is beyond Oscar's award outfit, meaning to say, not overly dressed.

Family Day at SM Aura!

Yesterday, we went to different places and I was so tired walking and walking. It felt like I had a mall tour. Since I am with my relatives, it's all worth it because I had to spent quality time with my mom and my little sister who will be flying to Belgium this 18th of December. Thinking about them leaving us is still something that I can't bear. I mean my little sister is now very active and likes to talk a lot and I can't imagine our house to be silent when they're already gone. I used to find it hard to sleep after my hectic work schedule because I end up playing with her or can't sleep at all because of her loud voice screaming. 2 more days... This is very stressful...

There are lots of things for me to be thankful this 2013. First is my day job, it's not a perfect job and it's not something that I was expecting but because of that, I met lots of people and learnt lots of things that I will never learn inside a typical corporate company.

You all know that I am broke. lol! I mean my Paypal account is kind of broke because I am not getting enough blog projects lately because I am so lazy and inconsistent blogger. I am so jealous to those newbie bloggers (I think 1 year old blogger) who are getting lots of different projects from restaurants, travel agencies and some writing stuff that I terribly need these days. Maybe if I will just update my blog everyday like I used to, I could have gotten those projects too!

Birthday Sickness

Worst thing to happen during your birthday is to have a flu! Gaaah! I know, I am the unluckiest birthday boy ever! Well, it's not something serious; what happened was my throat hurt like hell! I can't even swallow my own saliva and thanks to not-so-helpful Strepsils that I bought at our office's pantry that make everything worse! I think it's the newest product of Strepsils, the extra strong that is orange in color but no effect at all!

Sad thing was, my mom cooked all of my fave foods that day unfortunately, I was not able to eat that much. Well, I tried to taste everything bit it was the worst feeling ever! Our company's doctor said that my throat was very red and kind of sore already so it's quite normal that I can't talk or swallow but I really tried my best to eat everything! haha!

Seriously, I am feeling 22 already and that song by Taylor Swift is on my mind right now playing again and again! I am planning to make an instavideo for my birthday tomorrow, the 4th of December!

I was not supposed to post anything today because I still have 4 days for work and I need more energy and sleep. Since tomorrow is gonna be my birthday, I decided to post something. I feel obliged! lol
