Hey guys! I was about to upload all the pics I took during my vacation in Zambales unfortunately, my internet connection won't allow me to upload them to my flickr account.
It's not that I am trying to find a way not to update this blog well in fact, I was way too excited to begin writing all about my stay in my hometown. I am telling you guys, I have great pics here in my laptop waiting to be shared to the world!
I think we should all blame my smartBro super slow internet connection. You knowwhat, I should not be having problems like this because I am paying 999 pesos for an unlimited internet for a month but what is happening is, once you reach a certain amount of internet data transfer, your connection will be slower or cannot connect at all. I am calling it unlimited internet with hidden limitations.
I was blog hopping when I saw these creative posts of my co-bloggers about this Globe Project Wonderful 2014 where they are asking one simple question: “If there is one thing you can give to the Philippines, what is that gift?”
I think for a moment and realized, this is not just a simple question. In fact, it's a tough one. And I can't come up with an idea and it challenges me. So after few hours, I finally made it. I have an answer...
Dreams do really come true. That's what I have said upon receiving the email of of my friends from Tmart, an online store that offers discounted items and I must say cheap items.
Just a heads-up, Tmart is based in London and orientated themselves as one of the leading e-marketplace that offers electronic materials for individuals or business; both small and large.
Since I was a kid, I really want to have my very own RC Helicopters. Take note that I always stop and look at these helicopters being controlled by their operators at the mall and doing that makes me want to buy one. Here in the Philippines, it's quite expensive for a toy like 1,000 pesos in Toy Kingdom but in Tmart, you can buy it for a cheaper price and yes, they ship worldwide.
Oh hey guys! This is gonna be a very quick post about things happening lately. Despite the fact that I am really upset about my internet service provider which is Smart Telecommunications (Thanks so much for making me feel like sh*t for 4 days and also to the bunch of Customer Service Representatives I talked to who did nothing but to tell me that they were having system downtime for 2 consecutive days! Very incompetent!)
Anyway, Essays.ph is keeping me busy this past few days. I am busy participating with their forum section to be noticed by advertisers.
"A place where old meets new, where vintage meets modern. Iconic elements of fashion, food and entertainment will be given the spotlight oce more, but with a modern touch."
The Attic Bazaar: Where Decades Collide. This is the event that the members of the Business Management Society (BMS) of De La Salle University (DLSU) are preparing right now for everyone. This will be on February 22 and 23rd at the SMX Convention Center Hall 3 from 12 noon to 10 pm.
This is the second part of my entry about my disgust about SmartBro Wimax/ Smart Communications or whatever you call them because of the service I am getting from them as a customer.
The main reason why I am really upset about them is because of their Fair Usage Policy or what they also call as FUP. It is where you reach your limit of internet usage (60 GB per month) and they lower down the speed of your internet despite the fact that they are advertising UNLIMITED INTERNET SURFING!
Isn't it aggravating when you are paying your monthly bill without a miss or delay and the fact that it is included in my monthly budget that is supposed to be for something more important like brand new clothes or shoes or savings for my car. And the money that I am paying is from my hard work, I just don't poop the money out just to pay my bills -- I hope you understand my point Smart Communications because I am really upset right now.
I am really sorry for the lack of update guys, right now I am pissed and disatisfied with my current internet provider; SmartBro that offer me their Wimax at a starting price of 499 pesos a month. Well I was overwhelmed with their promo that time because for 499, you can get your very own unlimited internet connection! I was a broadband user that pay 50 pesos everyday for an unlimited connection for my blog and some other stuff I do online.
If I remember it correctly, I opened my SmartBro account July of 2013 and i must say that they provide me outstanding internet experience like I can check my blogs everyday, ream my email and connect to my online friends whenever I want to.
I have been googling about this circle that surrounds the moon above our house for 2 consecutive days now. I noticed it on the 13th or January and last night as well and it was magical!
Since I am in the province and my data signal is not that strong, I was not able to google what it means. I thought it was another effect of global warming since that was the very first time I saw a halo around the moon.
Then last night, it became viral! So experts say that the circle around the moon is called "Lunar Halo" and it usually happens if there are clouds around the moon with icy particles that is creating the optical illusion of having this very magical halo around it.
I am the happiest person right now because finally, I am approved for my vacation leave and I will spend it in Zambales, my beautiful and peaceful hometown.
I was not able to go home for Christmas and New Year so I am gonna make sure that every moment will count as I spend quality time with my grandparents. As early as now my grandparents is asking me for foods I want to eat when I get there. So excited!!!
Well, I am gonna be there for 3 days and I am planning to have a photowalking session there using my new phone app, vscocam.
2 more days and I am out of here! lol! Need to sleep now, thanks for reading! I will do my best to write scheduled posts so you can still see some updates. Right now, I must admit that I don't have a life. I mean no recent eat outs or even simple selfie session. Btw, I already changed by hair color from blue to jet black. I feel so normal and boring.
Til next time, Dreamers!
Happy New Year to everyone! This is going to be my very first post for the year 2014 and I am so happy because the holiday season is finally over! Don't get me wrong about this but in times like this, I tend to become too emotional because of the setting of my work where we don't have the luxury to enjoy Christmas and New Year at home with our loved ones.
